Job Description : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER OMAN Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience : 15-20 Years for Degree and 20-25 Years for Diploma Excellent written & oral Communication skill People Managemen1 Project Management - Negotiation Skills Customer Orientation Contracts Management Client Management Skill for preparation of Method Statement with suitable Equipments for Marine Placement Works Role & responsibilities Liaise with the Customer for effective coordination and execution of the site activitiesrelated to marine works such as Dredging & Reclamation, Construction of break waters, Quay Wall, Pontoons and shore protection works Ensure copies or the PQP, Procedures, Work instructions and QC Plans are available for implementation at pertinent locations at site. Ensure strict compliance of PQP. Assess manpower, equipment and the other resources required to achieve milcstonc/targct dates and inform the Project Manager Coordinate with the subordinate staff and execute the work as per the planned schedules in conformance with the applicable specifications and the PQP. Ensure fulfilment of the project HSE requirements at site on a day to day basis. Ensure through thc respective functions, timely availability if manpower, equipment, materials and consumables required for execution of the project and coordinate with the Projccl Director for deployment. Ensure timely availability of approved drawings I schedules, technical data for the construction project team and the subcontractors employed. Ensure copies or the PQP, Procedures, Work instructions and QC Plans are available for implementation at pertinent locations at site. Ensure strict compliance of PQP.
