Job Description : FP & A HEAD LONDON UK Role is open to qualified International candidates his role offers an exciting opportunity to manage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes across all regions, including North America, EMEA, and Asia. Your focus will be on both EBITDA and net cashflow, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting. You'll also have the chance to closely partner with all members of the leadership team, creating tailored reports that add value to the business. As the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in: Managing annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes across all regions with focus on both EBITDA and net cashflow. Reviewing key balance sheet and P&L accounts each month, driving accurate and consistent reporting. Reviewing the management reporting pack each month, ensuring it delivers the required level of business insight. Management of 1 direct report for the UK, Close business partnering with all members of leadership team, creating tailored reporting that adds value to the business. Act as main point of contact with Group team in US, ensuring that the accounting is consistent across all regions and is compliant with US GAAP. Qualified accountant. Proven ability to manage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Strong understanding of EBITDA and net cashflow.. Ability to review key balance sheet and P&L accounts for accuracy. Experience in creating tailored reports that add value to a business. Knowledgeable about US GAAP.
