Job Description : COO SINGAPORE a leading Fintech start up that is aggressively expanding in Souith East Asia. The firm is at the forefront of redefining banking, with blockchain enabled technologies that drive cross border transactions. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead their growth in Singapore specifically. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute growth strategies that directly impact the group's overall strategy. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a team of commercial and operational professionals, build strong relationships with the MAS and drive the firm's overally expansion plans. As the Chief Operating Officer, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's growth in the region. You will be fostering relationships with key government bodies and taking on full P&L responsibilities. Your ability to collaborate effectively across various functions will be crucial in ensuring customer retention and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Furthermore, your knack for sourcing and nurturing strategic partnerships will play a significant role in expanding the company's reach within the region. Key responsibilities: Manage the overall performance and P&L for Singapore specifically Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies such as MAS. Manage P&L and work cross functionally with the leadership team to identify commercial partnerships in the digital payments ecosystem Drive meaningful relationship across the blockchain ecosystem The ideal candidate for this Chief Operating Officer position brings extensive experience in blockchain, cross border payments along with a proven track record in the financial services space. Your prior experience managing a P&L coupled with your expertise in commercial roles such as sales, business development, and partnerships will be invaluable. Your exposure to risk and compliance within a fintech environment, particularly your experience working with regulators like MAS, will be crucial.
