Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead the system implementation of SAP S/4 HANA (Cloud), SAP DMC, Optiva, and all satellite system integrations across our European business landscape. In this role, you will oversee system implementation, control processes, develop and lead training programs, and manage organizational change effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company’s strategic goals, driving continuous innovation. Additionally, you will monitor and report key performance indicators to senior leadership, promoting operational excellence and resource optimization. Lead and manage the ERP project to ensure systems go live successfully in each phase, meeting set goals. Create and implement a training program that fits the needs of all company’s functions. Work closely with the Change Management team to ensure smooth transitions during technology changes, process improvements, and organizational shifts. Supervise a team of up to 15 people and manage the relationship with the SI Partner, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with different teams to align testing and training with the company's strategic goals. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of testing, training, and change management efforts. Update senior management on progress, challenges, and the impact of projects on operations and quality. Manage the budget and resources for testing, training, and change management projects, ensuring efficient use of resources. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, master's in organizational development) are a plus. Certifications related to project management (PMP), change management (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP), or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable. Minimum 15-18 years of relevant experience in testing, training, and change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing these functions. Strong project management skills demonstrated deliver on time and within budget. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and tailor communication to diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions. Effective decision-making abilities, ensuring successful project leadership and results. Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus. Ability to travel across European markets approximately 25-50% of the time during the implementation process, with potential relocation to the US within a 3-year timeframe.
