IT Network Head

Job Description : HEAD OF IT NETWORK (TELECOM) MALAYSAI Role is open to International candidates As the Head of IT Network, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT network operation and support across various corporate offices nationwide. Your role will involve managing daily ticket requests related to IT network, infrastructure and application. You will also attend customer/vendor meetings for architectures and project execution. Your ability to review and enforce security/best practices and handle IT network security and compliance will be crucial. Provide support/guidance on the day-to-day operation covering telephony, Network routing and switching, L7 Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, S2S, Wired & Wireless technology, Cloud network. Handle daily ticket request, change management that are related to IT network, IT infrastructure and application. Attend customer/vendor meetings for architectures, project execution. Manage documentation network deployment, devices health analysis, capacity, cost configuration, utilizations. Review and enforce security/best practices and network policy. Involve in Problem log, RCA, Problem Management log. Handle IT network security and compliance, network audit. As the Head of IT Network, you bring a wealth of experience in the field of network strategy. With 10-15 years of experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in planning and supporting networks. Your ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels sets you apart from others. You have a proven track record in handling network audits and demonstrating experience in change management related to IT Infrastructure and applications. Possess at least a degree in any field. 10 to 15 years working experience in network strategy, planning and support. Ability to effectively engage at all levels of stakeholders with good presentation skill. Ability to handle network audit. Demonstrable experience in change management (related to IT Infra and application), problem management. Experience working in network related roles would be an advantage.
