Job Description : PLANT SECURITY HEAD KENYA FOR CEMENT PLANT Overall responsibility to handle security department at site to ensure prevention of company assets thru theft/pilferage, security of employees and workmen, timely removal of disputes and establish peaceful environment, proper communication, Security men management, Adhere security budget and liaison with local police & administration if required. Strategic Roles & Responsibilities- 1. Security planning and Training. 2. To collect information/intelligence Inputs and analyses. 3. Implementation of SOP's and procedures. Operational Responsibilities- 1. Security system planning, Training of outsourced security staff, 2. Material movement control with proper procedure and records. 3. Security audit and Budgetary control. 4. Proper liaison with Police and Administration. 5. Supervision over the access control system and ensuring of Issuing of entry passes/ permits. 6. To ensure 100% availability of Security gadgets. 7. To strengthen of intelligence and vigilance net work. 8. Consent Vigil over the project nearby areas. 9. Follow up of action on cognizable offences. EX Army serviceman will be given preference.
