Job Description : ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR THAILAND Open to expats This role helps ensure the integrity of financial reporting, meeting statutory requirements, directing corporate accounting functions, and managing cash flow. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the integrity of financial reporting while accurately representing business results to both management and investors. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting financial and statutory reporting requirements. Meet financial and statutory reporting requirements Responsible for accounting, external reporting, payment processing, and tax Manage cash flow including daily cash management, cash flow planning, short-term investment, short term loan, inter-company lending, inter company dividend and banking operation Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place Coordinate projects with external parties The ideal candidate for this Accounting Director role will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.In-depth understanding of financial accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles Bachelor Degree in Accounting CPA is a plus In-dept understanding of accounting standards and GAAP Good knowledge of taxation rulings for both direct tax, defer tax and indirect tax (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes, business taxes) At least 12 years of working experience
