Job Description : PORT OPERATIONS MANAGER GUINEA 18+ years experience Leadership & Execution: Act as a capable leader at the country level, driving HR initiatives and executing strategies that align with our organizational goals. HR Generalist Functions: Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. Policy Enforcement: Rigidly enforce HR policies, especially regarding casual hiring practices, to maintain a high standard of HR integrity and compliance. Workforce Management: Manage a large and diverse workforce, including both permanent and casual employees, ensuring that HR practices are inclusive and effective. Culture Fit: Integrate seamlessly into company culture, promoting a supportive and cohesive work environment. Experience: 10-15 years of HR generalist experience, demonstrating a broad understanding of HR functions and best practices. Leadership: Proven track record as an execution-capable leader, capable of managing and leading HR initiatives at a senior level. Policy Enforcement: Strong ability to enforce HR policies and maintain high standards of HR practice. Sector Experience: While specific sector experience is not required, experience managing a large and casual workforce is highly valued.
