Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER INDONESIA The incumbent will be responsible for the operations of the Continuous Polymerization plant and plastic recycling plant 1. Responsible for efficient operations of the Continuous polymerization plants 2. Responsible for operations of Recycling plant including raw material and energy 3. Responsible for troubleshooting of all the Continuous polymerization plants 4. Responsible for quality of products from all Continuous polymerization plants 5. Reponsible for the safety of the plant, machinery and personnel and also management and improvement of all the safety systems 6. Coordination with engineering department for proper maintenance of equipment, process modification etc 7. Implementation and maintenance of systems like ISO/OHSAS/Six Sigma/ PSM/IVEX 8. Coordination with the marketing department for product changeovers, finished good inventory management, customer dispatches and customer complaints 9. Monthly reports preparations and circulation, attending meetings on plant performance 10. Responsible for cost saving initiatives in the area 11. Implementation of corporate guidelines (on operations, safety and general management) The candidate should be a BE-Chemical Engineering from a reputed Institute with minimum 15 years of experience in handling operations of a Continuous polymerization plant.
