Ensure cost-effective processes and implement productivity strategies. Team Leadership: - Lead and develop staff, foster a collaborative environment, and implement training programs. Quality Assurance: - Ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain quality control systems, and monitor production processes. Resource Management: - Optimize use of raw materials, labor, and equipment. Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives. Safety and Compliance: - Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulation compliance. Promote a culture of safety and develop safety policies.
