Country Sales Manager 
15 yearsJob Description : Country Sales Manager for Oman, Industry – FMCG Key Deliverables of the Role Implement the country sales strategy at channel and portfolio level Collaborate with local teams to deliver on the business objective and ensure target delivery Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer retention Tracking competition & proactive action to implement counter measures Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Supply chain & Finance. Regular reporting: Pricing, Sales reports, In Market stocks Monitor and manage the sales budget ensuring spends in line with budget Must have experience in handling major key accounts (Hypermarket) such as SPAR, LuLu, D Mart, Reliance Smart Bazaar, Big Baazar etc. Will work closely with distributor Good at stakeholders management Managing strong relationship with Key Accounts Distributors setup work ex. Sales fundamental understanding Channel: Modern Trade, Wholesale, Grocery & Discounters.
