Job Description : Tool Room Manager (Tool Manufacture knowledge only) NETHERLANDS 20- 25 Years (80-90 in Inj Plastic Mould CV will be preferred) Diploma in Tool and Die Making/ NTTF Experience -15 years in plastic moulds manufacturing specially automotive and electrical components. · Capabilities good knowledge of mould manufacturing process. · Assist potential customers with design feasibility including DFMEA and design for manufacturing to optimize manufacturing in tooling. · From new parts, design feasibility DFMEA, and costing. · Team Handling. · Knowledge of all operations like VMC, EDM, W/C, CMM, and inspection process. · Tool-proving capabilities T0 to T2. · On-time delivery, first time right, troubleshooting/ analysis of mold issues. · Establish and follow up on full program implementation i.e. timing, FMEA Concept, manufacturing feasibility etc. · Advanced product quality planning as per customer and IATF Standards. · Knowledge of plastic material, plastic injection molding, tooling, fixture design, and product validation. hashtag#Reports: 1.
