We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Benin. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: 1. Develop and implement the sales strategy for Benin in alignment with the company’s global goals. 2. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Sales Management 1. Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the region. 2. Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Market Development: 1. Explore and identify new market opportunities and customer segments. 2. Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns in the region. 3. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop local advertising and promotional strategies. Financial Management: 1. Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing ROI. 2. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. 3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and distributors. Team Leadership: 1. Recruit, train, and develop the sales team. 2. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. 3.
