Job Description : UX MANAGER VIETNAM ( EXPAT) As the UX Product Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading a talented team of UX designers. Your role will involve understanding the commercial strategy and translating functional requirements into exceptional user journeys. You will stay abreast with industry trends and best practices in product design. Your collaborative mindset will enable you to create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements. With your 'Just do it' attitude, you will find ways to get things done efficiently. Lead a team of 10 UX designers in the UX strategy hub Gather requirements from business stakeholders and understand the commercial strategy Translate functional requirements into exceptional user journeys Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements Possess a 'Just do it' attitude – finding a way to get things done The ideal UX Product Design Manager brings over 12 years of experience in digital User Experience and Interface design with a focus on mobile platforms. You have proven your leadership skills by managing medium-sized teams for large-scale projects. Your passion for product design is evident in your attention to detail. You can showcase a portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented designs that have successfully hit the market. You are knowledgeable about best-practice UX design techniques such as user journeys, flow charts, and wireframing. You're not only able to sell your vision but also adaptable when alternatives are more compelling. Fluency in English is a must. Over 12 years of experience in digital User Experience and Interface design, with a focus on mobile (Android, iOS) Proven background of working in managerial roles and leading medium-sized teams for large-scale projects A genuine passion for Product design and attention to even the smallest details Ability to provide a portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented designs showcasing the delivery of successful products to the market Knowledge of best-practice UX design techniques such as user journeys, flow charts, wireframing etc. Strong opinion and ability to sell your vision while being adaptable when alternatives are more compelling Fluent in spoken and written English
