As a Department Manager you will be responsible to run the RTW/ Leather goods Department properly, meeting KPIs and achieving assigned goals in terms of sales, product and team. Lead departmental business development through strategic understanding and stakeholder engagement. Monitor and achieve performance metrics (KPIs) related to sales and profitability. Analyze category performance and implement improvement plans. Manage merchandise display, storage, and maintenance. Coach team members on performance and conduct monthly reviews. Motivate the team to achieve individual and store objectives. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Goal-oriented, multitasking ability, and client-focused. Proficient in administration, financial management, and retail systems.
