As the Regional Head of Talent Management APAC, your role will be pivotal in shaping the talent landscape of our client's organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic talent needs and create effective strategies to bridge any skill gaps. Your excellent stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to capture talent demand and training needs across the region. You will lead, develop, coach, and support your team members in delivering impactful talent and training programmes. Your ability to manage a diverse team of professionals will be crucial in building a high-performing team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent performance management process across the business. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with senior leadership to identify current and future strategic talent needs Creating strategies to bridge skill gaps and integrate effectively into the organisation Engaging with key stakeholders to capture talent demand and training needs across the region Leading and developing team members to deliver and measure talent and training programmes Managing a team of Talent Management/Learning professionals; building a high performing team through coaching, motivation, recognition, self-development, and performance management Developing and implementing a consistent performance management process across the business The ideal candidate for this Regional Head of Talent Management APAC role brings a wealth of experience within the spheres of consultancy, executive coaching, data analysis, team leadership, employee development solutions implementation, as well as exceptional communication skills. Your consultancy skills will be instrumental in diagnosing needs effectively while your creative thinking will provide innovative solutions for both internal and external clients. Your executive coaching experience will drive behavioural change aligned with business needs. Your strong leadership skills coupled with your proven track record in developing diverse teams will ensure effective execution of talent management strategies. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent consultancy skills coupled with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Executive Coaching experience with senior leaders Ability to capture and analyse data and metrics to identify key talent trends Strong team leadership skills with proven experience of developing diverse teams Experience leading implementation of end-to-end employee development solutions Excellent communication, influencing and storytelling skills
