Security Head

Job Description : SECURITY HEAD NIGERIA A Petrochemical Company in Nigeria is looking for a Security Head and the they are looking for person from the defence background -an ex army, ex-navy person, ex-airforce personnel who has industrial experience of 4-5yrs min post defence. 15 to 20 years with relevant experience in Manufacturing industry Education Bachelors in Business Administration or related field Job Purpose Responsible to work on exciting and diverse projects that add value to the organization. Committed to provide high quality servicices Core Responsibilities 1. Security Management - critical infrastructure protection, crisis management, Security control room operations, 2. Risk assessment & Business continuity planning, bringing resilience against credible risks. 3. Planning & Coordination and support function management budgeting, balancing manpower & technology. Traffic safety management. 4. Managing large scale Security technology project IT enablement & digitization. Bringing mass changes / value from every function. 5. Ensure smooth personnel movement in the camp and ensure resolution of issues. 6. Evaluating new technology for perimeter intrusion detection to enhance security effectiveness and optimize man guarding. 7. Preparing Security SOP, Design document, RFP, Project 8. Design IT network and server architecture for security projects. 9. Administration & Logistics handling- To enable logistics of material and personnel in adherence to security guidelines. 10. Liaison/ Audits - To ensure preparedness and adherence to guidelines and policies.
