New Product Development Manager

Job Description : Manager - New product Development qualification - B. Tech / B. E / Diploma Experience – 20+ Years Location - Poland Industry - Rubber and Plastic Auto components Manufacturing Industry ROLE IS OPENT O INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES WHOA RE ELIGIBLE FOR EU VISA AND WHO CAN MAKE A COMMITMENT OT PICK UP LOCAL LANGUAGE SKILLS IN 100 DAYS - To prepare Feasibility study as per input from core development team - Maintain RFQ tracker & share with HOPM on regular basis - Interact with customer for necessary inputs required for RFQ - Ensures effective and timely response to RFQ - Closely work with development team to understand product specification / requirements & convert them into the cost component - Follow up with purchase for BOP costs and development - Tool design evaluation - Highlights any risk or potential risk associated with any RFQ along with suggestion of actions - To prepare project timeline , take approval from HOPM & submit timeline plan to customer - To ensure that the technical data is available before launch of a project, if required then escalate at HOPM level. - To conduct biweekly L1 review meeting with CFT at plant level & update/circulate project status - To prepare APQP documents & ensure the customer documentation requirements are met during the projects, Interact with DPL /QAPL & Collect PPAP/ technical data/doc - To submit documents to customer & follow-up for PPAP doc / sample approval - 2D/3D Software Knowledge and of APQP / PPAP documentation requirements
