Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD FOOD INDUSTRY DELHI Roles and Responsibilities : - Grow the business profitably through strengthening current Brands, new Brand & Product introductions and tie-ups, geographical expansion, suitable manufacturing strategy, improved Human resource quality and policy and other strategies - Directly responsible for achieving the business objectives of sales, distribution, inventory turns and control sales commercials in largely diversified FMCG business. - Indirectly responsible and accountable for the delivering the profitability of the business - Responsible for conceptualizing distribution practices to deliver top-line sales targets - Responsible for all trade marketing for all channels of sales - Play a pivotal role in managing costs across the department by rationalizing distributor, retailer margins and trade schemes to improve both top line and bottom line for the organization - Closely working with Supply Chain on developing a robust supply chain matrix in order to minimize inventory costs, loss of sales and ensuring high fill rates Mandatory : Experience : 18-25 years Industry : FMCG with Food industry exposure Skill : Have managed PnL operation and must have handled General trade and Modern trade, production, SCM etc
