Identify, Develop and Commercialise New Products/ Business Opportunities within Agro Intermediate Segments. Study Pipeline of Products within Agro Segment to Develop Mid-to-long Term Growth Strategy for the Company. Enhance Customer Satisfaction levels by Driving a Customer-focused Culture Developing new Products/Applications and Services in Conjunction with the Head R&D and Other Functions like Technology & Supply Chain to influence the Customers and Meet their Needs. Profile Degree in Chemical Engineering with MBA from reputed institute. 20+ years' experience in Specialty Chemicals with strong exposure to Agro intermediates Segments Strong influencing skills.
