Your mission includes revolutionizing performance management, bridging the communication gap between tech and non-tech teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and leveraging HR data to shape future strategies. You’ll also drive initiatives to create growth opportunities tailored to individual strengths and ensure every team member feels valued and motivated. Must haves: you’ll need a university degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, 15+ years of experience with global teams, strong HR practices, an analytical mindset, global employment law knowledge, adaptability, and excellent English communication skills. Key skills include performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, communication, data analysis, and strategic HR planning.
