Job Description : CFO NIGERIA Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance and minimize risk. Evaluate and recommend investments and financing options to support business growth and expansion. Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including timely and accurate filing of tax returns. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Monitor and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Professional certification such as CPA or CFA. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives. Strategic thinking and ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
