Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO DUBAI Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • MBA or CPA is highly desirable. • At least 15 years of progressively responsible financial experience. • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role in a similar organization. • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. • Experience in strategic planning and execution. • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial principles and best practices. Requirements • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. • Manage the company's financial planning and strategy. • Conduct financial risk management activities and financial performance analysis. • Develop and implement the company's annual budget and financial planning processes. • Monitor and manage the company's financial performance against the budget. • Provide financial forecasting and strategic planning recommendations to the executive team • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory bodies. • Oversee internal and external audits and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
