A master's degree is a plus. 10+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plastic products or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics. ???????????? ???????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the B2B and B2C markets for plastic products in Kampala, Uganda.
