Job Description : Injection molding plant head BRZIL Responsible for continual improvement projects. Good knowledge about injection molding production assembly lines machines To improve productivity by process optimization through rejection control Responsible for ensuring productivity by regular analyzing data with various departmental heads. Responsible for molding section related to man, machine, molds, methods, material plant admin Responsible for driving quality consciousness and controlling rejection with regular meeting and analyzing data. Responsible for providing and decision making in critical situations. Responsible for compiling total production manpower requirements and freezing in conjunction with Departmental HODs. Responsible for handling customer queries regarding supplies, complaints or any feedback. Managing the plant level operation of all production, process maintenance activity related with molding machines Achieve the assembling target by line balancing to work upon monitoring non value added activities to get the highest line efficiency Detailed Knowledge of Injection molding and Tool room Preferred Candidate Profile Should be Graduate/Mater in CIEPT Automotive approach and system standard knowledge preferentially certified internal auditor Good communication skills Leadership abilities Sound problem solving techniques Injection molding Tools knowledge
