Lead retail service operations in the automotive service industry Drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty Harness digital abilities to facilitate business As the General Manager (Automotive Service), you will have overall management responsibility for retail service operations. Your role will involve setting and achieving objectives based on an agreed Business Plan, ensuring a customer-centric operating model, and supervising the integration of distribution, sales, and other businesses into the retail business. You will act as a brand ambassador within your area of influence, continuously searching for new opportunities for business development. Your ability to cooperate with various departments and report to the Board will be crucial to your success. Manage overall retail service operations with a focus on performance and customer orientation Set and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives based on agreed Business Plan Ensure customer-centric operating model and organisational structure Supervise integration of distribution, sales, and other businesses into the retail business Act as brand ambassador within the retailer area of influence Continuously search for new opportunities for business development Cooperate with various departments and report to Board The ideal candidate for the General Manager (Automotive Service) role brings a wealth of experience in professional managerial roles within Sales or Service. You possess strong service orientation and communication skills that allow you to connect effectively with your team and customers alike. With experience in the motor vehicle or automotive industry, you bring valuable industry knowledge to the table. Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent academic training Business or technical training Strong service orientation and communication skills Digital abilities and excitement about digitalisation At least 10+ years of professional managerial experience (Sales, Service) Experience in a motor vehicle company/industry (ideally automotive industry) with experience managing multiple branches Flexibility, willingness to learn, ability to quickly adapt Team orientation and integrity, ability to lead and enforce collaboration
