Senior Civil Manager

Job Description : Sr. Manager Civil - Hydro Projects Experience: 15+ years Education: BE/BTECH/DIPLOMA IN Civil* Location: Central Africa Job Description: (Detail JD will be discussed at time of Personal interview) - Lead and manage the civil project team, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors - Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets - Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and environmental teams - Manage and resolve project-related issues, including design, construction, and commissioning - Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies - Ensure effective communication, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - 15-20 years of experience in hydro power project management, with a focus on civil engineering - Proven track record of delivering large-scale hydro power projects - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including design, construction, and commissioning - Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
