Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER, Kenya We are seeking experienced Production Managers for our production units in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, demonstrating strong technical abilities, including expertise in sewing and industrial engineering techniques. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of apparel manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that production runs smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage a sewing floor consisting of 500 to 600 machines. Oversee garment production, handling 10,000 to 15,000 pieces per day, depending on styles. Ensure quality control and efficient figure management. Exhibit excellent administrative and managerial skills. Communicate effectively in English. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field. Proven experience in apparel manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
