Warehouse Manager

Job Description : Warehouse Officer position with its Power Businesss Greenfield 3000MW Captive Combined Cycle Power Plant Gas Based at its Akwa Ibom, Nigeria facility. · Applicants should strictly be an ex-defense personnel with 10+ years of experience as a Warehouse/Stores/Material Officer · Max. 45 years of age · Should be minimum a Graduate or a Diploma holder Roles & Responsibilities: • Materials received, inspection and prepared goods receipts note and materials issue · Material reconciliation (co-ordination for Contractor reconciliation / Department issue) · Physical verification of materials (counting and reconciliation against Bin Card) · Oversee Materials Handling, Safe Loading / unloading, and Transportation · Optimum utilization of Existing Warehousing capacity to store the Materials · Responsible for Inward & Outward movement of Stores · Responsible for all materials preservation procedure as per vendor packing · Monitoring of Surplus Material disposal · Knowledge of Safe work Practices and HSE aspects of warehouse management · Daily dispatch with follow FIFO system in warehouse & stock report verification · Daily dispatch movement report · Daily and monthly physical verification of stock · To be responsible for ensuring safe operation of the warehouse with good housekeeping during shift · Prepared materials gate pass shortage, damage, Rejection notes · Logistics coordination of material movement · Prepared materials Receipt report, Consumption report etc. · Working knowledge of Internet tools, Microsoft Outlook · MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, familiar in advanced excel & MS Power Point) Required Skill Set: · Hands-on experience into Receiving & issuing materials · Knowledge of Physical and Perpetual inventory · Good in Problem solving · Exposure to Forklift operations · Quality control · Risk management · Relationship management · High level of computer operational literacy · Knowledge & experience into oil and gas industry related material handling · Good communication and motivation skills · Team building skills
