Job Description : CEO FMCG DRC Revenue growth - YOY 15-20% with focus on ROCE Market Expansion - Enter 1 new market every year Ensure every business entity has a 3-5 year strategic roadmap chalked out and implemented Acquisition/Partnership-Successfully complete at least one strategic alliance in one fiscal year Process Improvement leading to 10% increase in productivity Achieve 5% reduction in operational costs Complete new technology integration Maintain/Improve EBIDTA margins by 2 fiscal points Cost Management - Keep operating expenses within the approved budget Ensure positive cash flow from operations Launch and complete at least three CSR initiatives that positively impact the community Increase brand recognition and positive sentiment in key markets by 15%. Conduct quarterly stakeholder engagement meetings and report improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, and industry associations. Implement at least three sustainability initiatives with measurable impacts. Implement risk management plans for all identified high-risk areas with regular updates. Achieve clean audit results with no major NC Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher. Increase market share by 5% in key segments. Successfully launch at least two new products or services annually. Should have handled the position of a Group CEO of a fairly large business conglomerate in past assignment for continuosly 5-7 years. Have 20-25 years experience in leading global businesses with knowledge and experience of working in the African geography. Must have good P&L knowledge of Grocery Retail/Wholesale, Pharma & Agro Industries businesses. Should have handled a diverse conglomerate portfolio of $1-2 Bn annually. Proven credentials for this is a must.
