Oversee various aspects of the company's operations, including project management, business development, finance, human resources, and administration. 3. Develop and implement business strategies and plans to drive growth, profitability, and sustainable competitive advantage in the construction industry. 4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and foster long-term business partnerships. 5. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and employees, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks, and adjust business strategies accordingly. 7.
