Assistant General Manager

Job Description : ssistant General Manager to oversee the operations of our manufacturing plant in another region of the DRC. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the relevant industry experience and in factory management and possess profound knowledge in all fields of enterprise operations. Requirements:- · Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. · Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in Beverages and factory management. · Job Description:- · Screen, recruit, and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. · Ensure worker safety and adherence to safety protocols. · Monitor equipment and schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime. · Prepare and implement budgets and production schedules.. · Resolve issues and disputes among factory staff. · Communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders about factory performance. · Keep a record of all factory activities and report on important metrics.
