Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : CEO FINTECH VIETNAM ( EXPAT) Your primary role will be to establish and lead the overall direction of the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that ensure the company meets its goals and objectives. You will also appoint key leaders to the BOD and monitor KPIs as well as the annual budget. In addition, you will represent the organisation externally at public meetings, industry events, and with the press. Completing a Strategic Plan with analysis of capital requirements and return on investment. Preparing the annual budget, operating plan and define key performance indicators. Setting the company's approach to recruitment of leaders and staff Determining the organization’s compensation, benefit, and reward structure Partnering with other senior VP group executives to grow and strengthen the company Communicating openly with the board and shareholders in a timely and transparent manner As Chief Executive Officer, your extensive experience in senior-level supervision or executive management roles will be invaluable. You bring a proven track record of success, particularly in developing and commercialising digital financial solutions. Your keen understanding of fintech industry trends will guide your strategic decisions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively represent our client externally while your ability to manage and motivate staff through a hands-on approach will foster a high-performance culture within. 15 years of experience in executive management role Proven track record of success. Experience developing and commercialising digital financial solutions Excellent communication skills Ability to manage and motivate staff through hands-on approach Prior experience in emerging markets including Southeast Asia MBA or equivalent qualification
