As Finance Director, you will contribute to decision making and strategy, using high quality reporting and data to aid key decision making. As Finance Director, you will contribute to decision making and strategy, using high quality reporting and data to aid key decision making. Supporting the board to provide strategic leadership to the organisation. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring precise and timely reporting. Manage, coach & develop a team of 5. Oversee and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, in relation to, corporate governance, data protection and information security. Ensure sound investment appraisals are made. Management of the Treasury function including bank facilities, debt management and other financial transactions. Oversee cash flow reporting ensuring there is appropriate governance to mitigate risk. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience of influencing strategic decision making at board level. • Confident driving improvements to processes and systems. Hands-on experience, preferably in a high growth business. Successfully managed, coached and developed teams.
