In your new role, you will lead the security operations of our current environment and drive the transition to a consolidated and modern cyber and identity platform for all services. Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones. As a Senior Manager in Security Operations & Identity, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operations of our current environment while driving our transition towards a consolidated and modern cyber security platform. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing, coaching, and developing our cyber security team. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for service improvement across our portfolio. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and leadership opportunities. Manage and enhance the cyber and identity operations team. Oversee current systems while guiding the organisation towards an advanced cyber security platform. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the security services. Manage the design, implementation, and governance of identity services such as AD, Azure AD, and MFA. Ensure the cyber security platform functions smoothly, handling updates, incidents, and requests. Develop and maintain robust incident response processes. Establish strong security logging and monitoring to provide actionable alerts and anomaly detection. Motivate and develop the team to achieve high performance. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure delivery of contracted services and realization of benefits.
