Job Description : CEO AUSTRALIA As CEO Australia, you will report to the Board and directly manage the Australian P/L, working closely with the Group CEO and SLT leaders to establish and manage the structure and framework necessary for the delivery of effective high-quality products and services to the Group’s national patient base. As CEO Australia, you will lead key areas of the Australian operation spanning; Sales & Marketing, Operations, Quality & Compliance, Finance, HR, Customer Operations and Supply Chain management. People Leadership Lead the Australian team to foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative culture. Lead cross-functional teams and drive production excellence through continually improved systems and processes Strategic Leadership & Growth Support development and proactively execute the strategic vision, focusing on growth, sustainability, and scalability. Board reporting and management of strategic budgets, ensuring strong financial stewardship Support Group CEO / Founder in M&A activities, ensuring deep dive feasibilities and fully costed business cases provided to Board, as part of identifying new product markets and sales channels Industry Leadership/Advocacy Together with the Group CEO, where relevant, represent the Australian business in industry groups and seek government support for sector promotion Together with the Group CEO, where relevant cultivate relationships with the medical industry and government bodies. Regulatory Engagement, Governance and Compliance Manage regulatory approvals for manufacturing facilities and products Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards Operational Excellence - Manufacturing Operations & Production Oversee operations to ensure effective service delivery and program execution Lead production operations and develop metrics for forecasting and efficiency Manage and enhance the supply chain for local and international needs Oversee the Australian Finance and Revenue growth functions of the business You will be a highly credentialled strategic C-suite executive with extensive commercial and operational leadership experience with scaling growth companies, ideally across Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medicine (alternatives) and/or FMCG industry sectors. You will have a proven track record managing significant sized profit & loss businesses, either within a division of a large Australian or multinational, or in a group-wide CEO role. You should also have experience leading growth transformation strategies in environments involving regulatory engagement, product and digital innovation/ transformation, and multi-site manufacturing & warehousing facilities. Experience in fast-growing, entrepreneurial settings and building high-performance teams is essential. Success in this role will be based upon effective communication in collaborating with a strategic Board and an entrepreneurial founder to scale the Australian market and explore international growth.
