Job Description : CFO SAN SEBASTIAN SPAIN Role is open to Spanish speaking International candidates A leading technology company is looking to add its CFO to its financial department. Your main mission will be: To ensure the financial success of the company and provide relevant knowledge to influence strategic and operational decisions. Functions: Management of the company's accounting and administration, including communication with the financial auditor and consultancies. Supervision and validation of the company's financial and planning control: annual budget and periodic review. Monitoring and validating the company's cash control: developing an annual forecast and periodic review. Cash and financing management, including relationships with potential investors (fundraising) and financial institutions. Financial communication management: internal and external (investors) financial information reporting. Monitoring the financial justification of subsidies. Ensure the correct use of the company's financial resources. Ensure compliance with the company's fiscal and tax obligations. Support in strategic, operational and commercial decision making by providing insights into financial impact. Management of the company's legal documentation. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Economics or similar. Master in Business Administration (MBA) / Master in Finance, Accounting, CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) program or similar / Legal background. 5+ years in a similar position. 18+ years in accounting and finance related positions. Desirable: experience in the medical device industry. Department heads and CEO. Specific employees from all departments. Investors, banks, accounting/tax consultancy, tax authorities, public administration. Strategic vision.
