Management and development of the finance department, including controlling, accounting and finance. Responsibility for preparing, monitoring and adjusting budget plans and ensuring efficient cost management. Development and presentation of financial reports to management and relevant stakeholders. Analyze and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Identifying and managing financial risks, ensuring the financial stability and liquidity of the company. Support in the planning and implementation of investment projects, including profitability analyses and financing strategies. Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in the finance and controlling area, including talent development and employee promotion. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and preparing and conducting internal and external audits. Completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling or comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in a management position in finance and controlling, ideally in the energy sector. In-depth knowledge of accounting (HGB and IFRS), controlling and risk management. Experience in leading and developing teams. High analytical skills and a strategic mindset. Very good communication and presentation skills. Fluent German and English skills
