Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO CARIBBEAN FOR RETAIL We are in search of a dynamic Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead financial strategy and operations across all their group companies. Key Result Areas: - Enhance financial systems and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance across the group. - Manage comprehensive budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management for operations and expansions. - Develop accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining stringent compliance with regulatory requirements. - Lead strategic financial planning for expansions and new ventures, including preparations for a highly anticipated IPO in 4-5 years. - Must-Have Criteria for Selection - Experience between 20-30 years. - Must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - At least 3 years of experience in a CFO role with leadership responsibilities. - Demonstrated tenure of at least 4 years per company. - Experience managing a business turnover between INR 500-1500 crore. - Prior engagement in a promoter-driven company for at least 5 years within the last decade. - Ability to onboard within 30-45 days; buyout option available.
