General Manager Manufacturing

Job Description : GM MANUFACTURING RTD BEVERAGES DRC 15-20 years experience We are currently seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to drive productivity, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the highest levels of quality. Your strategic mindset will help us continue to innovate and maintain our competitive edge in the marketplace. Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.) Lead production activities to meet business objectives, optimizing workflow and production processes. Ensure safety regulations are meticulously followed to safeguard employee health and safety. Manage budgets and forecasts, including focusing on cost reductions and operational improvements. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities. Train, motivate, and evaluate employee performance; address and resolve issues within the workforce. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. Experience in planning and budgeting. Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM). Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
