15 yearsJob Description : Business Development Director (Managed Services, Cloud) – Singapore Summary: Being the Business Development Director for Managed Services & Cloud in our Commercial and International division within Group Enterprise, you will lead a team of Business Development Directors and Managers to drive new businesses and manage existing customers with key focus on growing revenue in the Managed Services and Cloud business and building a high-performance team. This position requires a strong drive for identifying customer business needs and for building relationships with primary influencers and customers leading to expansion and growth of businesses. Responsibilities: Maintaining and tracking progress of opportunities for management reporting and consistently close new business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives Achieving revenue and profitability targets Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement Leading and mentoring colleagues in executive engagement, large deal management, consultative selling and cloud solutioning Providing leadership to Sales team to sustain long term profitability: Talent Acquisition, Retention and Development Driving Team work with supporting teams to ensure customer satisfaction Planning, Strategizing and executing Cloud/MS sales initiatives and activities Improving Team productivity measured by Revenue & Profit per sales manager Customer retention – Customer satisfaction and fronting for the all MNO’s services, protecting existing revenue Providing excellent customer relationship at CXO levels measured annually Conducting customer sessions with CXOs and IT/DC management to articulate the MNO’s Cloud & MS Bespoke portfolio The ideal candidate should possess: MSc/Degree in IT with proven sales track record in new business of significant size in IT/ICT, Managed Services and/or Cloud 15 years of relevant presales and sales experience with at least 7 years of people management experience Must have extensive and strong knowledge experience and knowledge in Cloud/MS Bespoke market and solutions that meet customers’ needs Extensive leadership experience in working collaboratively with other stakeholders that form a large deal pursuit team Self-motivated, achievement-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills Infocomms technology, software development and integration methods Good knowledge of IT & DC operations & technologies, AWS & Azure services Good knowledge of ITIL, Cloud Computing, MTCS certification, MAS TRM & ABS OSPAR Good understanding of the IT industry Cloud landscape and market Cyber security, Cloud and Software Defined Network and Data Centre
