15 yearsJob Description : GLOBAL CATEGORY LEAD OTC AND PHARMA FROM DUBAI 15+ years experience a leading pharmaceutical multinational looking to hire a Global Category Lead for OTC and Pharma as a part of their expansion strategy based in Dubai, UAE. - The incumbent will be leading the Category Growth Strategy and co-create the Innovation pipeline and Global Marketing initiatives for the organization globally for the Pharma + OTC (including Supplements) categories. - The individual will create a roadmap for the organization to work with the leaders and stakeholders across different regional hubs to drive the global strategy. - The individual will play a crucial role in optimizing organization's current strategy and shaping their future growth strategy resulting in sharper insights, a stronger pipeline and a stronger business. - Create clear Strategies & Growth plans for key categories globally. - Help create a future Global innovation pipeline in line with above strategy, with inputs from hubs - Work closely with cross-functional teams - Regulatory, R&D, Supply & hubs - for timely delivery of innovation pipeline. - Interpret current situation, in-market results and work with hubs to deliver annual growth targets. Qualification & Experience: - A Master's Degree in Business Strategy, Marketing, or a related specialization. A combination of education and relevant work experience is critical. - A Pharma undergraduate degree or related specialization would be a bonus. - Proven work experience in business strategy and operations, marketing and consumer insights, in multinational organizations, with past experiences in Pharma, OTC (preferably in both). - Multi-country experience preferred. Must have experience of working in the USA and/or Europe in the OTC / Supplements space. - Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset and an ability to influence key senior stakeholders across the organization but also to make an individual impact. - Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills, and able to draw out actionable insights from complex business situations.
