SAP Manager

Job Description : Manager-SAP implementation for a group in Qatar. Candidate MUST meet the following criteria with minimum 5 years in Gulf & total of 10 years in SAP Implementation . MUST have worked in FMCG/ Retail / Distribution/ Hospitality any of the Industries. Qualifications: Education & Certifications: >Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred. SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD) is mandatory. > Project Management certification (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2) is mandatory Experience: > Industry Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale SAP projects within a specific industry (e.g., hospitality , F& B retail). > Advanced SAP S/4HANA Experience: Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, including system conversions, greenfield implementations, and upgrades. > Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units. >Global Project Experience: Experience managing SAP projects across multiple regions and time zones, with an understanding of the challenges associated with global implementations. Skills & Competencies: Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, including Fiori, SAP HANA, ABAP programming, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, IDocs, EDI).
