Job Description : Financial Controller - Cayman Islands Location: Cayman Islands Salary: $100000 - $120000 per annum Sector: Financial Services We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing trading firm based in the Cayman Islands. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and Finance, serving as their right-hand person. You will be involved in both their startup trading firm and a single-family office, taking on a combination of financial and operational responsibilities. Key responsibilities will include overseeing performance tracking and reporting, leading the financial close process, providing strategic insights, managing cash flow and payroll, maximising capital efficiency, budgeting, mitigating financial risk, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and driving special projects as the firm grows. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services. - Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent qualification. - Excellent work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities.
