Global Route to Market- Existing products The Group who sell 10BN units annually are developing new products and innovative drinks and powders for its consumers. Who are you? Strategic Thinker Analytical market knowledge Prepare product plans per region / geography Define what great partners, distributors look like Identify GAPS in core markets and establish growth plans Drive the Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, TT and E-com channels globally A profile who can change the portfolio landscape, change the distributor model. A track record of delivering $100M++ in sales Package per role: $270,000 - $290,000 = 25% Bonus + LTIP + Gym Membership + Family Healthcare + Relocation Experience within Personal Care, Drinks, Coffee, Household Goods, Health & Beauty. *This role was written with purpose for company to exceed it's vision and business strategy set by the board.
