Job Description : Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager UAE Location: Dubai, U.A.E Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. -Perform variance analysis and prepare reports for senior management. -Ensure accurate financial reporting and support audits. -Lead the budgeting process and implement cost control measures. -Collaborate with departments to align financial goals and support business needs. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus. 10 years of FP&A experience in FMCG. -Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). -Strong analytical and communication skills.
