Job Description : HEAD OF STRATEGY GURGAON Looking for seasoned professionals as New Business Initiative and Strategic Head for a leading digital automotive player. The incumbent will be leading all the strategic initiatives of the company and developing long term business plans. Location: Gurgaon Your future employer: A top-funded, leading digital automotive solution provider disrupting the India auto ecosystem Responsibilities: · Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of business strategy, objectives, and goals · Formalize business strategies, focusing on long term trends and competitive intelligence · Formulating & executing corporate strategic plans, executing high-level strategies, making high-stake decisions, and tackling mission-critical business challenges · Lead strategic due diligence while preparing pitch books and financial models · Lead the strategic initiatives while keeping in sight the vision · Establish relationships with key leaders and involved stakeholders · Working closely with stakeholders for driving business growth · Assess feasibility of an initiative keeping in mind business perspective & vision. · Apply a structured approach for all initiatives and execute change-related activities. · Analyze and synthesize information to create meaningful data for observation & interpretation. · Incubate new initiatives & conceptualize their go-to-market strategy Requirements: · Minimum 8-10 years of experience · Bachelors' / Masters' from Tier 1 College · Operations and consulting experience preferred What is in it for you? · An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company. · Liaise extensively with senior stakeholders and management team · An opportunity to work with a blue-chip firm in a high visibility role as a part of the leadership team Reach us:
