The company is an established pharmaceuticals company. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance the organisation's presence in healthcare. What you'll do: As Country Manager (Pharma - Generics), you will play a pivotal role in directing all aspects of our client's commercial activities. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business goals, increase revenue, and capture market share. You will also oversee all operational functions, encompassing sales, marketing, distribution, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of business strategies. Furthermore, you will recruit, train, and mentor a high-caliber team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
