Your role will involve leading the end-to-end plant operation and supervising all aspects of the assembly production process. This includes scheduling, quality control, safety measures, and resource allocation. You will collaborate closely with various teams such as engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot issues and enhance processes. Your expertise in JIT principles will be crucial in optimising production processes, minimising waste, and boosting productivity.
