Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD MOZAMBIQUE International FMCG business who are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join their operation in Mozambique. The successful candidate will have full visibility of financials across the entire business, using up-to-date systems and leveraging automated reporting tools to support data insights. They will also lead and experienced team and gain exposure to the wider global business in the role. Responsibilities of the Head of Finance: Manage and consolidate the annual budget process from planning phase to preparation. Identify major economic assumptions such as exchange rate, inflation rates, interest rates etc. Examine the budget and highlight issues and inconsistencies Liaise with Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in monitoring and reporting actuals against the budget Conduct financial analysis against major performance measures Requirements of the successful candidate: Qualified CA or CIMA. Minimum of 12 years post article experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Knowledge and experience in IFRS AND US GAAP.
